Seward, Alaska is located 125 road miles south of Anchorage and is accessable by highway, sea, air and rail. Seward is the home port of the Tustumena, Alaska's seagoing ferry. Seward is also the origin of the Alaska Railroad, the Iditarod Trail and the Alaskan flag, as well as the gateway to the Kenai Fjords National Park, one of Alaska's top attractions.
